We accept both walk-ins and appointments. However, appointments are recommended to guarantee availability, especially during busy hours.
What should I do before getting pierced?
We recommend eating a full meal beforehand and staying hydrated. Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior, as it can increase bleeding and affect your overall experience.
How long does the appointment take?
While the piercing itself only takes a few seconds, please allow 20–30 minutes for your total visit. This gives us time to verify your ID, help you select jewelry, and go over aftercare instructions thoroughly.
The Procedure & Safety
Do piercings hurt?
Pain levels vary depending on the person and the location of the piercing. Most piercings feel like a quick pinch and are over within seconds. Our experienced piercers work quickly and professionally to make the process as comfortable as possible.
Do you use piercing guns?
No. We only use professional, single-use sterile needles. These are much safer and cause significantly less trauma to the tissue than piercing guns, ensuring a better healing process.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! If you’re unsure about a piercing or have questions about your specific anatomy or jewelry options, we’re happy to provide a consultation before you commit to an appointment.
How do you sterilize your equipment?
Your safety is our priority. We use a medical-grade Autoclave to sterilize all jewelry and tools. All needles are single-use and disposed of immediately after your procedure.
Legal & Identification
What forms of ID are required?
A valid government-issued photo ID or Passport is required for all piercings. No exceptions can be made.
Jewelry & Aftercare
What kind of jewelry do you use?
We use high-quality, 6AL4V ELI ASTM F-1295 Titanium (locally made in Carlsbad, CA) as well as 14k and 18k gold for fresh piercings. Our piercers will help you choose the best option for your unique anatomy.
Can I bring my own jewelry?
This is at the piercer's discretion. Jewelry must be brought in and inspected by the piercer on staff to ensure the material and threading meet our safety and quality standards.
How long does a piercing take to heal?
Healing times vary by location, but we do not consider any piercing fully healed until it has been completely problem-free for one full year.
Does the piercing price include the jewelry?
Our pricing is typically broken down into a piercing fee + the cost of the jewelry you select. This allows you to customize your look with our wide range of titanium and gold options.
My piercing is red/swollen—is it infected?
Some redness and swelling are normal in the first few weeks. However, if you are concerned, please do not remove the jewelry. Stop by the shop for a complimentary check-up so we can take a look and provide professional advice.
